Tidepoolslocated at the Grand Hyatt Kauai – is so romantic  – Hawaiian thatched roof huts seem to float above the koi pond, surround by waterfalls, and enchanted  as you watch the swans swim by while you wait for your dinner to be served.

Offering the finest in Pacific Rim and island style cuisine, fresh island fish and mouth-watering prime rib. I personally ordered the signature macadamia-nut encrusted mahi-mahi, and it literally melted in my mouth.

Make reservations but come early, a full bar is separate from the main restaurant and a great place for pupus and drinks before dinner.
